Booking procedure

We are currently working on a system that will soon enable you to book online, in the mean time you will need to either download, complete, sign and return a copy of our booking form or request one by contacting us on 01603 632307

VERY IMPORTANT - Please note!

• Please ensure you have read the statement of assured risk on the booking form.
• Places cannot be reserved without a completed and signed booking form.
• Please do not send any money with your booking, invoices will be raised upon receipt of your form.
• On receipt of your invoice, please follow payment instructions on the reverse side. If you have any queries regarding your invoice please contact Whitlingham OEC
• Bookings must be received with a minimum of 2 weeks notice before course commencement
• We reserve the right to cancel course due to insufficient demand, algal blooms and extreme weather conditions. Monies already paid will be refundable pro rata.
• Where courses run over a number of dates, if you are unwell or unable to attend we regret that there will be no reduction or refund available.
• Attendance does not guarantee accreditation.
• Some pre requisites (qualifications or experience you will need to take part) are listed below the course details. In many cases you will need little or no experience and we offer opportunities to gain everything you need to progress.
• Where a course states ‘award bearing’ this means you will receive nationally or locally recognised certification acknowledging your successful completion.
